All content, materials, and intellectual property created by Arden Content SRL remain the sole property of the agency unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Upon payment, clients are granted a licence to use the materials in the context agreed upon.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, timely, and complete information required for the performance of services. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional charges.

5. Payment Terms

All services are provided on a project or retainer basis as outlined in individual agreements. Payment terms will be stipulated in each contract. Late payments may incur additional fees or service suspension.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client data and project information. Any information provided to us will be used solely for the purpose of delivering agreed services. A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) may be signed upon request.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver high-quality services, Arden Content SRL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Romania, and any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bucharest, Romania.
